This week, 6CL went to Avebury as part of our topic on the Stone Age. We walked around the stone circle, looking at the inner and outer circles and learned about some of the stones. We had a go at sketching the stones as well as visiting the museum to look at some artefacts found at the Avebury site. Although it was rather wet and windy, that didn't dampen our spirits and we had a great time!
